mangoes again


Here I am helping to prepare the glut of mangoes for freezing.
Graham went sea fishing this morning but had to be brought home halfway through as he was sea sick! Tomorrow we are going to Denham for two days to swim with the dolphins at monkey mia.

You can put the mangoes through a blender and spread them on a tray and freeze it. Then cut them into slices and they are great frozen treats.
