Sunny day

It's a lovely sunny day so naturally there are things to be done indoors! Except that I have to keep going into the front garden to remove certain hens. It's amazing .They have got a back garden and a 5 acre field to go at but they will insist on going through the hedge and digging up my flowers. They have even found a very large pigeon egg in a flower bed.Graham thought of getting a ladder and putting it back in the nest but I have persuaded him that it's probably not worth the effort. Besides we all know about his track record with ladders.
We have not watched any olympics. Can't be bothered with it now that it's so far removed from the original ideal. It's probably going to bankrupt Britain when we do the games, especially if we try to put on a show comparable to the Chinese.
Have just spoken to Jean. Apparently she was savaged by an alsation dog on Sunday when they were at their caravan at Skegness. It bit her on her Left leg and then as she tried to run away it bit her quite badly on the top of her Right leg. She had to go to hospital to have stitches, tetanus injections and antibiotics. Since being home the antibiotics have made her ill and she is having trouble sitting down etc.It only hurts when she laughs!

blimey, hopes she's ok.

I've enjoyed the olympics, seems we're very good at sports no one else cares about, oh and messing about in boats.
