dill bread

I made some Dill bread which is a bit unusual to say the least. The recipe is:-

3 tsp. dried yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tble spoon dried onion ( or Garlic)
1 Tablspoon butter
2 tspoons dried Dill seed
1 tespoon salt
1/2 tspn baking soda
1 egg
3 cups flour (or more if needed)

mix everything together gently. It should be quite soft and sloppy. Leave to double in size before punching down.

Then put it into a baking dish and let it rise again . Bake in a medium oven until nicely browned.
