This zucchini/cougette cake is wonderful,Sheila my dear wife has excelled again,I am a very lucky man to be eating so well,and all this as well as breeding ducks and chickens,she truly is a paragon of virtue.
She can tend to make a few of the rest of us look less than excellent! I loved getting great baking lessons from her. Still make the scones she taught me to make, but usually only in the winter.
